Born in Philadelphia and raised in South Jersey, Judith Reahm-Coffee has a deep-rooted connection to the place she now serves as the owner of Wed Society® | South Jersey. From the beaches and boardwalks to pine barrens trails and coastal sunsets, the region’s character has always felt like home. Outside of work, Judith is an avid long-distance runner—a passion that reflects her approach to life and leadership. “Endurance builds the best stories,” she shares.
Judith’s professional journey began in the U.S. Army Reserve, where she developed discipline and leadership under pressure. That foundation led her into more than 20 years in hospitality, guiding teams through periods of growth and challenge, including Hurricane Sandy and the COVID-19 pandemic. Along the way, she also served as an adjunct instructor at Stockton University, helping Workforce New Jersey participants launch careers in hospitality—an experience she found deeply rewarding. Her career later expanded into nonprofit leadership and senior operations roles, including serving as an Area Vice President in a culinary division, where she traveled extensively to support and optimize teams. Now back in her South Jersey hometown, Judith is channeling that experience into building a trusted resource for local couples and wedding professionals.
While exploring her next chapter, discovering Wed Society felt like a natural fit. “With my background in operations and my firsthand understanding of how hard vendors work (and how often marketing takes a backseat) I immediately saw the opportunity,” she explains. Wed Society’s curated platforms across digital, print, and events provide vendors with the visibility they deserve while simplifying the planning process for couples. “Bringing that trusted, high-quality resource to South Jersey felt like destiny,” Judith adds.
Looking ahead, Judith is most excited about spotlighting South Jersey’s often-underrated wedding talent—from photographers capturing boardwalk sunsets to florists inspired by pine barrens wildflowers and venues rich with coastal charm. “I can’t wait to make our platforms the must-visit for every newly engaged couple,” she says, “creating connections that spark joy and unforgettable memories.”
For Judith, building Wed Society | South Jersey is both a professional milestone and a personal mission—“the ultimate legacy run,” fueled by passion, community, and impact, one dream wedding at a time.
