ABOUT THE DESIGNER

Growing up in Siberia, the outdoors and gardening were a big part of Inessa’s daily life. The women who influenced her early life were enthusiastic gardeners and she credits them with encouraging the evolution of her creative work.

1. Shades of the Rainbow

This rainbow-colored wedding arch and chuppah is a masterpiece and definitely an unforgettable touch to this happy couple’s big day! In fact, it is too pretty for just a single photo.

Let’s get another look from a slightly different angle.

This creation invites viewers to pour over every detail in each new section of colors. It’s a feast for the sense, but it isn’t overwhelming.

2. Tropical Arch

As we clearly see in the previous example, arches are kind of an Inessa Nichols Design specialty.

During the initial COVID lockdown when all weddings were kept to 10 or fewer people, she came up with a micro-wedding package that allowed couples to still experience lush, romantic blooms (such as her signature arch work) no matter what size the wedding was.

3. Russian-Inspired Crown

Inspired by Russian traditions, Inessa created this stunning floral crown for a beautiful boho styled shoot. She has even created a mommy-and-me crown line that we are loving!

As if the crown wasn’t enough, those bold designs in pastel (and electric pastel) shades around the water feature complete the dreamy effect of this image.

4. Dramatic Bouquet

In addition to her over-sized creations, Inessa also does drama on a smaller scale. This moody bouquet in a styled shoot on castle grounds perfectly complements its royal surroundings. It’s lush without being too much and refined without being too buttoned-up about it.

5. Textured Fun

This mood-boosting display is a bold blend of textures and colors! We love that Inessa includes the carnation in so many of her pieces. Paint palm fronds, textural grasses, birds of paradise — and the faithful carnation.

One of our favorite things about this designer is her love of this oft-overlooked bloom. While the carnation is on the rise in flower trends — this designer has seen its natural beauty for some time. They express love, fascination, and distinction — which fit Inessa’s aesthetic perfectly!
