Google Launches Free Digital Skills Training — Grow With Google OnAir

Google Launches Grow with Google OnAir

This week, Google has launched the Grow with Google OnAir program online offering free tools and digital skills training to everyone across the U.S. and Canada for the first time.

“Though we’re no longer able to gather in person, that doesn’t mean learning has to stop,” says Jesse Haines, Grow with Google Director.

This move was in large part due to the growing needs of jobseekers and small businesses who are facing uncertainty and could economically benefit from increasing their skill set.

“In addition to Grow with Google OnAir, which is available across the U.S., we continue to support our team of local Digital Coaches and our network of more than 7,000 local partner organizations, so that they can teach virtual workshops in their communities,” says Haines.  “We’ve been inspired by how quickly our partners have adapted to this new way of training, and by how much demand they’re seeing.”
