$10,000 Honeymoon Giveaway

1. SPONSOR The Wed Society® $10,000 Honeymoon Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wed Society Franchise, LLC (“Sponsor”), having its principal place of business at 14013 N. Eastern Avenue, Edmond, OK 73013. This Sweepstakes is conducted across all participating Wed Society franchises across the United States.

2. ELIGIBILITY The Sweepstakes is open only to citizens or legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Residents of New York and Rhode Island are NOT eligible to enter or win. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies, its licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren) or household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on May 7, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM CT on May 16, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The winner will be announced on May 30, 2025.

4. HOW TO ENTER Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through the official online entry form on Wed Society’s website during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, per market, per day. Entering in multiple markets allowed, subject to these rules and daily limits. Any attempt to enter more than once per market per day will result in disqualification. Entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT on May 16, 2025.

5. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY In addition to the online entry method, Participants may enter by submitting a handwritten 3”x5” index card with their full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address in a stamped envelope to 14013 N. Eastern Ave, Edmond, OK 73013. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by May 16, 2025, and received by May 19, 2025, to be eligible.

6. PRIZE One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following prize package, valued at $10,000:
• $4,000 Ritz-Carlton Gift Card for a Luxury Hotel and Spa Experience
• $3,000 American Airlines Gift Card for First Class Travel
• $2,500 in Cash
• $250 Uber Gift Card
• $250 Wed Society® Swag Bag

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $10,000. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions are allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by an independent, third-party auditing/accounting firm on or about May 20, 2025, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days following the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) days of the first notification attempt or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

8. WINNER IDENTIFY VERIFICATION Prior to awarding the prize, the potential winner must provide valid government-issued identification to verify their identity and eligibility. If the winner fails to provide the requested identification within the specified timeframe or if any discrepancies arise that render the winner ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding identity verification and eligibility are final and binding.

9. TAX OBLIGATIONS The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 from Wed Society Franchise, LLC, reflecting the total value of the prize ($10,000). The cash portion of the prize may be used to assist with tax obligations.

10. PRIZE SUBSTITUTIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE If any portion of the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to vendor restrictions, supply chain issues, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s control, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or any portion thereof with an item of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions due to unforeseen events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, or other force majeure events.

11. GENERAL TERMS By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for technical, network, or other errors that may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate it.

12. PUBLICITY RELEASE By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its affiliates, licensees and franchisees the irrevocable right and permission to use their name, likeness, voice, image, biographical information, and any photos, videos, or recordings taken in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. The winner may be asked to participate in a recorded announcement and/or provide photos for use in promotional materials. The winner consents to publicity and agrees to cooperate with reasonable requests related to publicity efforts, including but not limited to video interviews, event appearances, and social media features.

13. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates and licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes, and including any question of arbitrability, shall be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, including the Optional Rules for Emergency Measures of Protection. All arbitration proceedings shall take place in Oklahoma City, OK. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Any arbitration or other legal action arising from or related to this Agreement must be instituted within six (6) months from the date such party discovers the conduct or event that forms the basis of the arbitration or other legal action.

15. WINNER LIST To obtain the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Wed Society Franchise, LLC, 14013 N. Eastern Avenue, Edmond, OK 73013, within thirty (30) days of the winner announcement date.
